According to him, a political decision must first be made. “First you need to make a political decision what type of aircraft will be provided to Ukraine and to teach it.

There is no pilot preparation on these types of aircraft, ”he said. On July 15, the US House of Representatives approved the Project of the Law on Defense Policy worth $ 840 billion, some of which should go to training Ukrainian pilots to work at F-15 and F-16 fighters.
