The CNS stated that according to existing information, Russia is preparing to mobilize Ukrainians who have previously been sent out of the occupied territories. This explains the previously adopted decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, according to which Russian passports were issued to the residents of the occupied territories at the place of residence, which was aimed at the forced certification of Ukrainians.
"It should be noted that the statement of Bastrikin (the chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation) is frankly Nazi, as he explicitly points out that the main attention should be paid to the mobilization of representatives of national minorities," - the message reads. Against this background in the Kremlin-controlled telegrams, a campaign for igniting hatred among the population against migrants from the Eastern countries began.
