Declared Non Grate. Montenegro sends a Russian diplomat from the country

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro has declared a person in Non Grata of the Russian diplomat. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs press service reports. The department stated that they made this decision through the activities of the diplomat, which contradicts Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on diplomatic relations.
