I want to thank all the railways for their honesty now, for showing their work how ordinary performance of service duties in unusual circumstances becomes a significant part of the movement of the whole people to win in the war. In particular, the eight Shahanedov was shot down by a unit of the 301st Nikopol anti-aircraft missile regiment.

Two "calibers" were destroyed by units of the South and Center Air Commands. I thank you, warriors, for this result! In the south, as always, good achievements from the soldiers of the 59th separate infantry brigade named after Yakov Gandziuk. They destroy the technique of the enemy, Russian live power. The fighters of the 406th Separate Artillery Brigade also work excellent. The most cruel fighting throughout this week is concentrated in the Donbass - Bakhmut and Soledar. We keep our positions.

In these and some other directions in the Donetsk region, the Russian army has spent as many lives of its people and as many ammunition as it probably did not spend in two Chechen wars combined. But the real level of loss of Russia is hidden from Russian society. Even their mobilization, they now hid and just lie to people that the mobilization task was completed. In fact, in the regions of Russia and in our occupied territory, they continue to gather people for death.

And this absolutely crazy stubbornness of the owners of present -day Russia is the best indicator that is as false and everything they tell some foreign leaders about their allegedly readiness for negotiations. When someone thinks of negotiations, he does not seek how to deceive everyone around, to send tens or hundreds of thousands of people in a meat grinder - mobilized or in the form of any mercenaries there.

And it is very good that the world perceives Russian rhetoric as it deserves it, namely as a lie, and pays attention only to what the terrorist state really does. Does, not says. We are just ready for peace, for honest and just peace, the formula we have repeatedly voiced. The world knows our position.

It is respect for the UN Charter, respect for our territorial integrity, respect for our people and proper responsibility for terror is punishment for all who are guilty, and full compensation for Russia's losses. Today we have a very important statement of foreign ministers of the Great Seven, and very thorough. It covers the key aspects of the situation in our defense against Russian aggression.

I especially want to thank my partners for creating a coordination mechanism to help our country in restoring critically important energy infrastructure. I would like to mention the Netherlands separately, who announced their next military assistance package. Volume - 125 million euros. This is, in particular, that will strengthen our tank units - along with American and Czech efforts. Today, Jake Sullivan was visiting Kyiv with a visit to Kyiv. He constantly works in communication with the head of the office Andriy Yermak, and this line of Ukrainian-American cooperation helps us a lot in the protection of the state.

November 4 is the day when an important step was made in the development of our sovereign statehood. 31 years ago, it was on this day that the Law of Ukraine "On the State Border" was adopted. It is one of the first fundamental documents of restored Ukrainian independence. We remember every corner of our country. We will release all our cities and villages, at least that the occupiers are planning to continue our stay on Ukrainian land. Ukraine will be free.
