However, he called the key to the full stop of the fighting, since there are no winners in the war.
"That is why we urge both sides of the conflict to sit at the negotiation table so that this conflict does not go beyond," China's representative added. At the same time, Beijing believes that the international community should not satisfy their own ambitions and should focus on peace talks between two sides instead of military supply. "Sending weapons is not something that will help put an end to this conflict. Ordinary citizens will continue to pay a huge price," the Chinese representative said.
Beijing also believes that Western countries should minimize the use of sanctions against Russia. The Chinese representative also stressed that both parties are obliged not to attack civilian infrastructure and to "protect women and children". Separately, Beijing's representative mentioned the impossibility of using nuclear weapons during the war in Ukraine. "You need to do everything possible to prevent nuclear conflict," the diplomat said.
