"The Russian Federation is leading a public war": Zelensky proposed a public format of negotiations with Putin

According to the President, Western partners reported Putin's proposal to start direct negotiations with Ukraine. However, Russia is in public, and negotiations should be appropriate. On Wednesday, November 16, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement that he received signals from Western partners on Vladimir Putin's proposal to start direct negotiations with Kiev. In response, Zelensky suggested negotiating in public format.

The president stated this at a meeting with journalists in Kiev. "I received signals that Putin wanted direct negotiations. I received such signals," the President explained in an interview with journalists. "I suggested a public form. " Zelensky explained such a proposal by the fact that Russia is also in public. Recall that Zelensky responded to accusation of the incident with Poland. He reached this conclusion after the report of the Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces Valery Zaluzhny.
