The unknown people accompanying the police, in the early morning, see men who leave the homes to hand them summons to the military enlistment office. In the morning of October 14, from different areas of St. Petersburg, reports that near the entrances of residential buildings, unknown people with packs of stories in their hands catch all the men who are published, reports "Base".

Walking past them without taking a summons to the military enlistment office is almost unrealistic, because the "hunters" are accompanied by police. The residents of the homes are not represented or explained on what basis they came to them. Earlier it was reported that in some Russian regions they could not mobilize any person. For example, all men from the Karelian village of Sheltozero decided to go to the deaf forests so as not to take the summons.
