The very fact of the existence of volunteers in some other format than "sent a student's drawing to the front" or "brought the flavors to the soldiers" is a bell that the state did not cope.
And when volunteers bring to the war of "tail" and armored vehicles, it is no longer a bell, but a bell. Huge. What I really want is that this is a fully equipped army. The army that has enough cars and volunteers do not need to buy all SUVs in Europe. The army that has copter and wings is not a deficit, but a consistency needed in the modern war.
I want an army, fully equipped with first aid kits, shoes, shapes, sniper rifles, and even - here will start a srach - collimator sights for the units that they really need. I want us as a state to be ready for war every minute. And that every citizen who goes to serve understands that he would not have to look for a baker or a helmet among volunteers. Because both the Berzi, the helmet, and everything else will be issued to him. I want the army not to need volunteers.
