According to Ned Price, Russian propagandists have been promoting false information about the so -called "biological laboratories" in the territory of Ukraine for many years. In this way, the Kremlin is trying to justify their military aggression. Russian media, Russian Parliament, Internet resources related to Russian intelligence, as well as so-called experts are involved in the spread of misinformation about "biolaboratory in Ukraine".
"These entities work together to constantly fill the information environment with false narratives in order to create the illusion of a large number of votes that repeat each other," the price stated. It should be reminded that on February 14, the Center for Strategic Communications under the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine denied statements by Russian journalists that the Armed Forces is allegedly used against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of chemical weapons.
Last November, the General Staff of the Armed Forces stated that the Russians have chemical weapons, but Ukrainian intelligence has not yet recorded massively overturning of such means of defeat into the territory of Ukraine. In March 2022, the UK Ministry of Defense was assumed, based on the data of their intelligence, which the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation can use biological weapons in Ukraine under someone else's flag.
