Russian troops caused a rocket strike across the Dnieper, which killed at least 4 people and 19 more were injured. About it reports the head of Dnipropetrovsk OS Valentin Reznichenko. On the morning of October 10, Russian troops struck a massive blow to the Dnieper. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched more than 10 rockets. Four of them knocked down the air defense.

The purpose of the attacks was the objects of critical infrastructure, residential quarters and transport stops. The blow was taken when people went to work. According to Reznichenko, the Dnieper was attacked at that time for panic in society. "There are serious destruction. All services work. Light in one of the areas of Kryvyi Rih has disappeared. There are now more than 80,000 people. Once again, the authorities urged not to ignore the alarm signals and hide in shelters.
