The right hand in the new "Foreign Policy Concept" tries to quarrel with the United States and Europe, to detach Europe, especially France and Germany, from American control in any way. And the left hand of the Kremlin (the military) unexpectedly places nuclear missiles (sore) directed at Berlin, Warsaw and Paris.
Such a chaotic policy of the Kremlin opens to the US and NATO the prospects of even more involvement of Europe in the Russian-Ukrainian war, as the victory of Ukraine will allow NATO to place its gravity not only in the Baltic States and Finland, but also in the restored 1991 Ukrainian-Russian border. The emergence of NATO missiles in the liberated Ukraine makes the capital of the Russian Federation-Moscow no less vulnerable to the city than St. Petersburg.
