The mass of Russian crimes on Ukrainian land leaves doubt - this was the plan of the leadership of Russia. These are the conditions of invasion. All terror, all murders, all torture, all looting. Everywhere where Russian troops entered the Ukrainian territory, professional Russian executioners came with them. People are hit, raped, limbs, kept without food, water and sleep . . .

Burial of tortured people in the occupied territory - in the yards of houses, in forests, on the side of the roads - this is an integral part of the State Flag of Russia. This path was chosen by this state. The path of the terrorist. The route of the executioner. The path of the killer. The path of marauder. It is a state choice of Russia, and there should be state responsibility. Russia should be responsible for every burned Ukrainian city and village. For every destroyed life.

For every Ukrainian family destroyed by Russian missiles, bombs and mines. We have to return justice. We can return justice. We have to punish evil. The International Criminal Court has a jurisdiction to prosecute Russian military criminals. The International Tribunal on Russia's Crime Against Ukraine will have jurisdiction to hold the highest officials of Russian politics and the army that began this invading war.

A special compensation mechanism will have the power to compensate Ukraine and every person affected by Russian aggression, the harm caused by Russia. The compensation should be due to the assets of Russia and all those who are related to it. This terrorist war of Russia against Ukraine should be the last such war. Never anymore no other state should embark on such a path of terror. This will not provide revenge. That is why justice is needed.
