He said that the current position war will be kept in Kharkiv region until September-October, as well as characterized whether the occupiers could have success in the capture of the whole Donetsk region. Martial law is a special legal regime that is introduced in the country or in some areas in the event of armed aggression or threat of attack, danger of state independence, its territorial integrity.

During the general mobilization, the army may call all the military citizens of Ukraine who do not fall into the categories of persons who are not subject to call or are entitled to deferral.
