When recording an appeal to mobilize to the Russian Federation, the Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin became ill. He had to call doctors, according to the Daily Mail tabloid. According to Tabloid, Putin suffered from severe cough and chest pain. That is why his appeal was postponed for 13 hours. The publication also refers to the General SVR Telegram channel, which reported that Putin's speech had had to be overwritten several times because of his poor health.

The video of the day is the version that the dictator simulated health problems to postpone the shooting and consider the content of his appeal. Earlier, a former deputy of the State Duma Ilya Ponomaryov stated that Putin's behavior during his appeal to mobilize was a fear. According to the ex -Putat, Putin's released video trembled and his hand trembled, and therefore can be concluded that he "has a very bad psychological state.

" On September 21, Putin announced a partial mobilization in Russia and stated that he would support fictitious "referendums" to annex the occupied territories of Ukraine. After that, the head of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu spoke on the air, who stated that Russia was leading a war not with Ukraine, but with a "collective event".
