Russian attacks damaged several energy objects of the region at once, so when Odessa gets electricity - it is unknown. After the night blows on December 10, the power supply was switched off in Odessa to all subscribers except for critical infrastructure. The press service of DTEK Odessa Electric Networks has announced on the Facebook page. According to the press service, as a result of shelling in the Odessa region several objects of energy infrastructure were destroyed.

The situation was so complicated that it was necessary to turn off the light to all residents of Odessa, in other settlements there are also emergency shutdowns. Military, rescuers, energy, energy systems, rescuers, and energy. The latter will start repair work as soon as the Armed Forces leadership is permitted. The DTEK and Ukrenergo emergency crews try to stabilize the situation and repair the damaged power system elements around the clock and without weekends. "We hold on.

The light will definitely win the darkness," DTEK addressed to the Ukrainians. Earlier, DTEK announced that the shutdown of light in Ukraine will cease not earlier than spring, before that, at best, stabilization schedules will act. To restore power supply, the energy teams need to perform a huge amount of repair work.

From December 9, DTEK has introduced new schedules of lighting in Kiev, developed taking into account the current state of the system through the shelling of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. They consist of three categories highlighted in different colors: the presence of light, guaranteed or possible lack of power supply. Similar schedules plan to be introduced in Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
