The tragedies are almost identical: the Russian Federation is involved in the death of children in Ukraine and Azerbaijani

"Danilo was cheerful, loved to make, draw, play sports,"-he recalls the grief of 11-year-old Danylo Kharchenko from Chernihiv region. Before the start of full-scale Russian aggression, the boy studied in 5th grade. In March last year, they, together with his mother and his 14-year-old brother Bohdan, tried to escape from the ravaged occupiers who seized most of the Chernihiv region.

On the Chernihiv-Kiev highway, the car exploded on the Russian mini: the children burned, their mother was thrown out of the car with an explosive wave, and she was also killed. Almost a year earlier, in June 2021, another 11-year-old boy, Gismet Bayramov, who lived in the village of Kelbadjarsky district of Azerbaijan, left home in search of missing parental horses. He grew up in a farmer family, so this activity was not new to him. But this time the boy did not return home.

He was looking for him for almost three months. By the end of September, the sappers found fragments of the disappeared Gismet in a mountainous area near the village. The terrain was replaced by Armenian troops during the retreat from this area in November 2020. Then during the Second Karabakh War, Azerbaijan managed to free up the bulk of its sovereign territories, which were occupied for 30 years for indulging in the Russian Federation.

But in the Kelbadjar district there was no fight - Armenian troops retreated voluntarily after defeat in the war. "The mines were installed there during the removal of the Armenian armed forces from the Kelbadjar district . . . " - explained Azerbaijani Yashar Aliyev at a meeting of the UN Security Council.

The tragic fates of 11-year-old Danylo and his peers Hysmet are a clear confirmation of the community of Ukraine and Azerbaijan in the confrontation of external aggression, the threats of pro-Russian separatism and mine terrorism. "After a full-scale Russian invasion, Ukraine has become the most contaminated mines, bombs and shells in Europe," said Prime Minister Shmigal on April 4. The President of the Republic Ilham Aliyev also spoke about the same, but about Azerbaijan.

Meanwhile, on the Armenian site Oragir. news there is a video training of Armenian teenagers installation of anti -personnel mines. "Mina is an engineering ammunition designed to defeat live power," explains the headquarters of the military-patriotic organization "Athan" by Eprem Margarian. In combination, he is the deputy commander of the Squad "Eagle 30 Ararat".

Judging by the publications on their Facebook page, this detachment is a partner of the pro-Russian Armenian organization "International Union of Cossacks-Mirothists". To understand what an alliance is, it is enough to know that on February 23, they placed greetings on their profile with the flag of the Russian Federation and a five -pointed red star.

As the focus has already written, given the community of interests and the foreign policy course, the experience of Baku in the Ministry of Threat may be useful in Kiev not only in terms of mine. For three years, the Azerbaijani authorities have been promoting this problem in international organizations, attracting the attention of the world community and defending the interests of the countries that have suffered a mine threat.

In April this year, President Aliyev was initiative to make a humanitarian demining of the 18th purpose of sustainable development of the UN and proposed to create a group of like-minded countries who were influenced by mines. Both states are opposed to pro -Russian separatism: Ukraine in the Donbass and Crimea, Azerbaijan in Karabakh.
