Electronic reports in the Russian Federation: in Ministerfra refuted the test mailing during the spring call

The department has promised to use the portal only for sending messages, since not all legislative acts are not ready. On Monday, April 17, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation reported that there are no grounds for the mailing of the narratives of the military service through the portal "State Services".

"The adopted law on the digitalization of military accounting does not state that the summons will be sent through" state services ". Methods of directing the summons must still establish the government with a separate act that has not been accepted," the statement said.

It is noted that the Law provides for the use of the State Services Service portal only for sending reports on military registration, application and removal of restrictive measures, as well as for access to information in the register of stories that have not yet been created. On the eve of Moscow's military commissioner, Colonel Maxim Loktev announced a test sending of electronic stories through "State Services" during the spring conscript campaign.

"Otherwise, the current legislation has not changed. The procedure for sending citizens to military service remained the same," Loktev said. The military assures that this event will be launched in test mode. They will notify the Russians through SMS and by phone. We will remind, on April 14, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on legalization of electronic stories, in which they are equated with paper documents.
