In Kovel, a native of Belogirsk, Russia, who had fallen from the third floor of an apartment building, grabbed a metal trash and fled with him under the influence of narcotic drugs. This is stated in the Unified Register of Judgments. According to the materials of the judgment, the theft caused the condominiums for almost 500 UAH. During the meeting, the man pleaded guilty and told that he was under the influence of drugs.

The accused convinced that he had not seen or heard people who tried to stop him. Video Day Court examined the records from the surveillance cameras and concluded that the man was guilty of theft. Considering the unbearable part of the punishment for the previous crime, the accused will be deprived for two years. We will remind that in the Rivne region will be judged by a 42-year-old native of Russia, who stole the signs of "direction of turn".
