"Grandma died." How was Hitler's attack on Poland, from which the Second World War began

"The grandmother died," the head of the false saboteurs informed from the Gestapo, and in Europe the flywheel of World War II turned. On August 31, at 4:00 pm, the SS SS Alfred Nauyox, who lived at the Haus Oberschlesien Hotel, Glyawitz, had a phone call. He lifted the phone and heard a high voice: "Call immediately!" Nauyox immediately recruited the adjutant number of the Gestapo Reinhard Heidrich. "Grandma died," the password came in the auditor.

This meant that by 8:00 pm, Nauyox had to capture a local radio station with his people. On August 10, the Video of the Stormbanführer's Day arrived in Glivitz, which was then passed from the east by the German-Polish border. Here, Haus Oberschlesien Hotel temporarily became the headquarters of the Gestapo of the Third Reich. Rainehard Heidrich instilled here and summoned regional heads of his department from nearby cities.

"Führer is needed for war," Heidrich explained the purpose of their business trip to Glaywitz. It was about the capture of Poland. The Gestapo boss presented to his colleagues a plan, which he developed last year to provocations on the border with Czechoslovakia.

The script was not original-many special services of the world used this move, conditionally known as "false flags": saboteurs of the army of the aggressor country, dressed in the form of enemy or in civilian clothing, staging an attack on their own territory. In response, the "injured" side, as a retribution, begins the invasion. Heidrich laid out the details of the operation.

Then the chief of the Gestapo near the city Oppeln Emanuel Shefer noted: they say that it would be noticeable that everything sewed with white threads. "When the tanks go, no one will mention it anymore," Heydrich quenched in response. The purpose of the operation is to give food for angry notes in German newspapers: they will explain to the Reich population the cause of the war, at the same time showing England and France that the Germans were not the first.

In the days when the provocation was developed in Glivitsa, in Moscow and Berlin, they were preparing for the signing of the Non-aggression Treaty-the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, which gave the most blatant war in history. The Germans prepared several armed provocations with the participation of the military uniforms of the Reich special services.
