The only rational response to the boldness of the Russian Federation is even more support for Ukraine - President Vladimir Zelensky's address

Ukrainians! Ukrainians! He had just participated in the UN Security Council. This is a special meeting called on our initiative. I thank all the partners who supported this meeting and clearly opposed Ukraine and international law.

Fundamental rules of international law! The crime of aggression against our country, the farce in the occupied territory, which the invaders are called referendums, the preparation of another attempt to annex the Ukrainian territory - all these are the steps that Russia is taking the UN Charter. I called on the members of the Council to stop the one who puts themselves against everyone in the world. It is possible. Perhaps right now, when the final destructive steps have not yet been taken.

I emphasized at a meeting of the Soviets: the implementation of Russia by the so -called Crimean scenario and another attempt to annex the Ukrainian territory will mean that there is nothing to speak with this President of Russia. This is clear and clear. Any criminal acts of Russia will change nothing for Ukraine. We recognize the UN Charter, we recognize the basic principles of cohabitation of peoples.

And we will continue to act in order to protect normal life in Ukraine, in Europe, in the world. We will act to protect our people in the Kherson region, in the Zaporozhye region, in the Donbass, and in the occupied areas of Kharkiv, and in the Crimea. This farce in the occupied territory cannot even be called imitation referendums. We knew what they draw instead of the result. Even intelligence did not need to try particularly. The figures agreed for this farce were thrown into the media.

Russia is not even hidden. The only rational response to such boldness of the occupier is even more support for Ukraine. And I thank our partners confirming the following support: defense, financial, sanction. He spoke today with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. He thanked him for the strong condemnation of Russian pseudo -referendums. They discussed the situation on the forefront and further support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by members of the Alliance.

Every new Russian blow to Ukrainian cities, in our civilian objects, proves that there is not enough defensive support for Ukraine. We are clearly saying this to our partners. And they hear us. And this is important. Today in Kiev he has negotiated with the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France. France makes considerable efforts to realistically help our country and to resolve the crisis created by Russia. The situation at the Zaporizhzhya NPP was discussed in detail with the lady.

Our defense needs have been discussed in detail. We discussed in detail our joint response to every further provocative step of Russia with pseudo -referendums. Today, in Moscow, regular false statements about the very important achievement of Ukraine and our partners - the restoration of our marine grain exports. Obviously, Russia prepares the soil to try to break the grain initiative. Let us inform the partners about this.

Export statistics are absolutely transparent and accessible to all in the international community. More than 5 million tonnes of agricultural products have been exported from three ports. 232 vessels came out. If we only take Africa, our agricultural products are already exported to Algeria, Ethiopia, Egypt, Libya, Kenya, Somalia, Sudan, Tunisia. In order for Russia not to put these and other countries in the food crisis again, it is necessary to act immediately.
