According to journalists, the dead Russian military was previously convicted of theft and illegal drug trafficking. On Saturday, April 29, a conflict between a serviceman who returned from the war in Ukraine and four more men occurred in the Russian village of Tolmachevo of the Novosibirsk region. The altercation grew into a shooting, resulting in two people killed, and two more were injured, writes the Russian edition of Astra.

The publication states that after the "sudden conflict", the resident of the city Obiaslav Mokin made at least four shots from hunting weapons. The incident happened near a private house on Central Street. As a result, a resident of Kochecheno village Petro Vlasov and a serviceman Yevgeny Khotkov, who returned from the war in Ukraine, died of wounds. Residents of Novosibirsk region Dmitry Fisyura and Boris Vlasov were taken to the district hospital of the city on gunshot wounds.

It is reported that the shooter was detained by law enforcement officers, the causes of the event are clarified. It is also known that Yevgeny Khotkov was previously convicted in Russia for theft and illegal drug trafficking. It should be reminded that on April 19 it became known about the murder committed by a serviceman of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The husband returned from the war in Ukraine and killed his wife.
