The adviser to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak does not consider that the negotiations of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will be effective because the Russian head of the Russian Federation is inadequately perceiving his actions.

In an interview with the persistent time, Podolyak recalled that the first two months of the war of Zelensky was ready to talk to Putin for the sake of preserving the country and for the sake of stopping the war.
