As a result of Russia's rocket strike, 12 civilians were killed in Kharkiv dwellings and more than 20 people were injured. This was reported by the SES press service. On Facebook, the department states that it is a rocket strike in the Saltov district of Kharkiv on Wednesday, August 17. “As of 15:00, 12 dead are known. They are all civil! Many of the elderly and with disabilities, ”the SES writes. Video Day Rescuers emphasize that there is no military facility along with the destroyed building.

The press service also clarifies that it was possible to save four people who have been injured in the rubble. In total, according to their data, 20 people were injured. About 80 rescuers and 18 fire and rescue vehicles work at the tragedy. Russian troops are fired at Kharkiv almost daily. Late on the evening of August 17, Russian troops struck a rocket strike in the Saltov district of Kharkiv.
