Ukrainian troops, according to analysts, have advanced in the areas of Orikhov, Blessed and Greater Novosilka, but the Russians resist strong resistance. On Friday, June 9, Ukrainian troops were successful in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhya regions. This was reported by the American Institute for War Study (ISW). Analysts drew attention to the small successes of the Armed Forces on the border between Donetsk and Zaporizhzhya regions.

For example, in geolocation footage it is noticeable that Ukrainians have advanced to the east of the graceful (5 km south of the Great Novosilka). According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian aviation has caused air strikes in the Blessed area, and it confirms the fighting near the settlement. In turn, the Ministry of Defense of Russia declared the reflection of four offensives of Ukrainian forces in the south and southwest of the Great Novosilka.

According to ISW, on June 9, the Armed Forces continued ground attacks in the western part of the Zaporozhye region. According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Russians repelled two attacks of Ukrainian units in the south and southeast of Orikhov.

Some Russian "warships" claim that the defenders of Ukraine broke through the first lines of defense of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the area, although other sources reported that the occupiers later reflected these positions. The well -known Russian blogger Ribar said that the Ukrainian forces had advanced closer to the robot (15 km south of Orikhov), despite the efforts of the invaders.

Researchers added that on June 9, Russian and Ukrainian troops conducted limited ground attacks south of Kreminna (Lugansk region).
