Russian dictator Vladimir Putin promised French President Emmanuel Macron during a telephone conversation on Friday, August 19, to allow the UN mission to temporarily captured Zaporizhzhya NPP, the Elysee Palace press service reports. The report states that during a telephone conversation, Macron once again stressed his concern, which creates a "situation at the Zaporozhye NPP" for nuclear security.

"The Russian President expressed his consent to the deployment of this mission and the conditions discussed," the Palace of Elisha writes.
