Ukrenergo stated that the most difficult situation is now in Kharkiv and Zhytomyr regions. Critical infrastructure has been restored in Zhytomyr region, but repair of main and distribution networks is underway. "The enemy shelling damaged the equipment that was repaired after the previous three terrorist attacks on Ukrenergo facilities in the Zhytomyr region.
