According to analysts, the Kremlin head is still trying to expose the Russian Federation as a respected state in the world, emphasizing "friendly" countries.
So, on April 5, Putin spent an online meeting with the awarding of the letters of the heads of 17 diplomatic missions. During this meeting, he spoke of Russia's relations with Syria. "Putin stated that Syria is a reliable partner with which Russia reached a number of unspecified arrangements during the recent trip of President Bashar al -Assad to the Russian Federation on March 14," the report reads. In addition, Putin was unable to refuse not to scold the US and the European Union.
He stated that they were allegedly guilty at the beginning of the war in Ukraine. Recall that on April 5, the Ambassador of China to the EU denied the "boundless friendship" of Moscow and Beijing. The Ambassador of FU Tsun clarified that China has never been on the side of Russia in the war against Ukraine and some people "specifically interpret his position wrongly" when it comes to "boundless friendship of Moscow and Beijing.
