Citizens of the Russian Federation in their country can only receive humanitarian visas and temporary residence permits in the Netherlands. Belgium issues only student visas, long -term visas for researchers and scientists, visas for family reunification. Japan was allowed to enter the Russians as part of organized tourist groups and with a corresponding guarantee from the Japanese tourist company.
Norway conducts visas to Russians in a limited format, the terms of consideration of applications have increased and can take up to 45 days. In addition, Norway began to check the documents of Russian citizens more carefully. Boglaria for the Russians has increased the timing of consideration of applications for visas. Malta stopped issuing ordinary Schengen visas to Russian citizens.
