Oschadbank began to work in Crimea earlier, immediately after the collapse of the USSR. Savings Bank representatives appealed, believing that such a decision is not consistent with the precedent practice, which is based on the French justice system. Savings Bank canceled the cash withdrawal commission from other banks.
