The wife of the Russian military confessed to the man who cut the veins in order to bring him back from the war. This is evidenced by the audio interception of a telephone conversation of one of them, which was published by the General Intelligence Directorate on Telegram. "I called this superiors and he said that they were being taken out only 200th or 300th, or someone dies," the occupier's wife said on the phone.
