Supplements of 30,000 military: Zaluzhni and Security Council are asked to postpone the initiative (document)

The bill on repayment of payments does not take into account the peculiarities of service in different regions and the complexity of combat missions. The military cannot be disappointed with the next act of populism, a confident command. The highest military command of Ukraine asks the Verkhovna Rada to postpone the consideration of the Law No. 8312 on the return of surcharges to the military at 30 thousand hryvnias.

The letter demanded on the Telegram on May 2, the head of the "Servant of the People" faction David Arahamia. The initiative authors claim that the proposal does not solve a large number of problems related to the cash security of the country's defenders, in particular, secreases, cadets and other power units. "The text of the norm does not take into account the peculiarities of service in different regions and the fulfillment of tasks of varying degrees of complexity.

The approach to remuneration should be more differentiated and developed with representatives of servicemen and command," the security officers said. The most important thing is that the fair payment system exists not on paper but is provided with budget financing, the authors emphasized. "The disappointment of the military regular act of populism may have negative, fatal consequences for the country," the representatives warned.

The command considers it necessary to collect a working group with representatives of the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, the General Staff of the Armed Forces and by the end of May to develop a bill together, which regulates the issue of remuneration. "We share such an approach and believe that the issues of the military cannot be resolved without the participation of the military themselves. We will propose to postpone consideration of Resolution No.

8312 and immediately create a working group of representatives of the Verkhovna Rada, Government and Power Bloc to work out the final decision on the issue sensitive to society," Arahamia said. The request was signed by the Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces Valery Zaluzhny, Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Border Service, the General Staff, the SBU and the National Guard Commander.

It should be reminded that Lieutenant General of the Armed Forces Mikhail Zabrodsky criticized the bill on the return of surcharges 30 thousand hryvnias to the military. Politicians do not take into account the differences in the service of fighters at the hottest points and those who serve in the warehouse in the regions far from the fighting.
