The court arrested the assets and real estate of Carpathnaftochemim in the amount of more than UAH 2. 3 billion. At the request of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, the court seized the corporate rights of one of the largest producers of organic chemicals in Ukraine, worth more than UAH 2. 3 billion. This is stated in the message of the Bureau of Economic Security, the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police and the Prosecutor General's Office.

The arrest is also imposed on 35 real estate objects of this enterprise. The report states that web employees exposed an enterprise, which during 2017-2022 evaded taxes worth more than UAH 3 billion. According to the investigation, the company's officials unlawfully transferred in favor of a legal entity -controlled Russian oil company funds for more than UAH 5 billion. The money was transferred for the purpose of legalization.
