According to him, for provocations the Russian side is first considering educational institutions. Bratchuk urged the local population to be especially cautious these days.

Yesterday, a spokeswoman for the South Operations Command Natalia Humeniuk, for her part, reported that the shooting in Kherson, which locals heard on the evening of September 17, was also a provocation of the occupiers.
