President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with the President of the Union of Comoral Islands Azali Asumani, President of the South African Republic of Syril Ramafosa, President of the Republic of Senegal Maci Salle, President of the Republic of Zambia Haciconda and Prime Minister with a visit. The meeting was also attended by special representatives of the Presidents of the Republic of Congo Floran of NTSIBA and the Republic of Uganda Ruzakan Ruunda.

Welcoming the delegation of Africa in Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky noted that the voice of the African continent should hear the world, in particular, when it comes to fundamental security issues and the restoration of the real force of the UN Charter and the entire system of international law. “Unfortunately, this day began with another Russian terrorist attack against Ukraine.

He emphasized that the termination of Russian terror and the withdrawal of Russian troops from all over Ukraine is the only thing that can stop this war. “Ukraine and the world need neither" frozen "conflicts, nor waving wars.

Peace is needed, ”Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced. In particular, during a meeting in Kiev, he presented the leaders of African countries in the Ukrainian formula of peace and informed how specific points of the formula will lead to the restoration of full security for Ukraine and all other states and peoples who suffer from the consequences of Russian aggression.

“Food safety, radiation safety, safety of navigation, stability of global markets and social peace in the world - all this is possible only when aggression will not be and when the formula of peace is realized. All nations of the world deserve to live freely, without imposing a foreign will military or political way, ”the Head of State said.

He thanked all the participants of the meeting for supporting the principle of territorial integrity of states and the protection of nations from aggression. “Today I saw the prospect of our joint work on specific points of the formula of peace. Of course, I invited the states of Africa to participate in the Global Peace Summit, which we prepare, ”Volodymyr Zelenskyy added.

The head of the Ukrainian state also noted that today the presidents, the head of the government and the high representatives of African states visited Bucha in the Kyiv region and saw the consequences of the Russian occupation. “Today, I urged the participants of our meeting to present my vision of how to overcome the consequences of Russia's crimes and prevent them from repetition.

In particular, it is a crime of mass deportation of Ukrainian children - they are stolen from the occupied areas, they are kept in Russia, ”the President of Ukraine said.

The negotiations were about the Russian terrorist attack on the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station and its consequences for people, the environment and infrastructure objects, in particular for the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant, which Russian troops occupy for over a year and use as a cover for shelling of Ukrainian cities. “Radiation does not know the borders between states and can reach any continent.

Only the de -occupation of the Zaporozhye NPP and its return to Ukrainian control can guarantee reliable protection against radiation incidents at the station. He emphasized that any negotiations are perceived by Russia's leadership as an opportunity to accumulate and expand aggression, and Ukraine has already convinced it. "I will point out again: a real peace is needed, and therefore, the real withdrawal of Russian troops from our entire independent territory," the President said. In addition, during the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of food security of the world, in which Ukraine has already demonstrated its global power.

Volodymyr Zelensky presented the results of two export initiatives to participants: the Black Sea Grain Initiative and the Humanitarian Program "Grain from Ukraine". “We really help the world and specifically - many peoples of Africa, Asia, Europe to maintain social stability and price predictability in the food market through our exports. Together with our partners, we work on grain hubs in Africa.

The supply of food must be securely guaranteed, and every person's right to food should be ensured despite any efforts of countries such as Russia, to use the threat of hunger and social instability to blackmail peoples, ”the President said. He appealed to the participants of the meeting with a proposal to present his vision of what can be done together for better providing global food security and creating, in particular, grain hubs.

Also, according to the Head of State, Ukraine has specific proposals for the development of human capital of partner countries, primarily due to the digital stability of social and state institutions. "We are ready to significantly expand educational programs for students, in particular from the countries of the African continent," said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
