According to the occupiers, antennas are needed for mobile communication in flooded areas, but in fact they "blazing" satellite signals. Russian troops install civilian cars with antennas that suppress drones. This was reported on Facebook by Ukrainian military communicator Sergey Flesh. The Russians are put in the fields of trucks with systems of electronic struggle "Field-21", raising antennas on the cranes.

They radiate powerful obstacles that "stumble" satellite navigation of drones without let them fly. According to the communicator, air intelligence officers should pay attention to such objects that the Armed Forces are destroyed. Russian Telegram channels assure that these cranes are raised nothing but mobile civilian stations for residents of flooded areas of Kherson region.

In response, Sergei Flesh showed that after the destruction of the "peaceful" complex, the Ukrainian UAV saw "29 satellites, and could not connect to any of them. "Field-21" are modules of obstacles that have come into service from the Russian army in 2016. They suppress satellite navigation systems GPS, Galileo, Glonass, Beidou, and interfere with the work of Starlink Satellite Internet, because of this the Ukrainian military cannot run civilian drones such as DJI Mavic.

One module consists of one or three antennas of about 100 watts each working in a circle. The obstacle range is about 25 km, and the operators of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation can control the "field" at a distance. In March, Sergei Flesh reported that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation install modules "field-21" on houses and towers. The occupiers have special antennas that look like civilians.
