They were either trained at military departments of flying schools or served in the army. According to the interlocutors, 50-80% of employees can potentially mobilize. In particular, mobilization can affect more than half of the airflot airline, as well as victories and Russia, which are part of one group.
At the same time, at least five airlines are now studying the procedure for forming a request for reservations for employees that are needed to continue their work. Most interlocutors of the publication emphasize that the release from the call is critical not only for pilots and dispatchers, but also for technical, commercial and IT professionals. It is noted that without these specialists, flights "can simply stop".
