More than 70% of buildings were destroyed in Izium, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets said on Facebook. "In Izium, Russian military destroyed, visually, more than 70% of buildings, but life returns there with the return of the Ukrainian flag," he wrote.
