Explosions near Uman: A fire broke out at the scene of the fragments of the rocket

At the scene of the debris of the Russian rocket in the Uman district, a fire broke out (photo: Main Directorate of the SES of Ukraine in Cherkasy region) Rescuers showed photos from the place of falling of the debris of the Russian rocket, which was shot down by air defense near Uman of Cherkasy region. Photos posted on the page of the Main Directorate of the SES in Cherkasy region on Facebook, it can be seen that a fire broke out at the scene of the fragments.

According to the department, the fragments of the rocket damaged the object of civilian infrastructure. Two people were injured and hospitalized. 10 rescuers and two pieces of equipment were involved in the elimination of the fire in the total area of ​​70 square meters. On the morning of Monday, August 8, a Russian rocket was knocked down in the sky over the Cherkasy region.
