Fuel is over, or why Russia is a fake empire

We from Ukraine from a three -year geopolitical bubble, which naturally burst a little over 100 years ago, and then, by the efforts of the Bolsheviks, packed and stretched to a large part of Eurasia, gave the "Russian Empire" in its communist and post -Soviet reincarnation for about 100 years, but could not save Bubble from its enchanting in its scale of the finals.

This will inevitably ask historians not such a distant future one simple question: what was it? Was the boy, that is - was it an empire at all? By the way, many contemporaries are already quite rightly called Russia by a non -imperia. However, faster feeling it intuitively, not trying to explain. I'll try to help them. World history knows many examples of how some empires changed others, as well as different empires at the same time coexisted with each other.

From the point of view of internal logic, all empires are arranged about the same: the center operates the periphery, establishes rules and controls internal exchange. But from the point of view of the logic of external interaction, they can be divided into real empires-and those that only look like "empires", imitating them in shape, but absolutely not corresponding to them in essence, like any other fake, that is, the fake empire.

In real empires, periphery is primarily used to produce raw materials and cheap labor. In the center, all this turns into a final product, where it usually increases in cost, undergoing a high -quality redistribution based on more sophisticated technological development, and only then, turning into a product with higher cost, is involved in global exchange.

Unlike the first, fake empires, or rather their centers, actually act as a mediator between their surroundings and epicenter of the world economy.

Thus, they only pump out work resources and raw materials from the periphery so that, after all, without producing, in fact, no product (or producing a product with low additional cost), to export a sufficiently narrow segment of intermediate goods in demand on the world market just because that the demand for these goods is provided with the needs of real empires that produce the final product. This is the fundamental difference between empires of different types.

When they say that any empires are acting as a destroyer about many things, it is true. But the real empires, destroying, create, creating a new product, generating, not just relaying new values. Fake empires do nothing! They exist and develop solely as a parasite that expropriates resources and absorbs peoples, leaving behind only devastation.
