Epifanov was driving a Toyota Land Cruiser and suddenly exploded with a gas cylinder installed in the car.

The official did not cope with driving, the car stopped, having come to the obstacle. All three men received 30 percent burns of the head, torso and hands. The guard also burned the left leg, everyone was hospitalized. Epifanov and his passengers are under the supervision of doctors. Due to what the explosion happened is unknown. According to Viceremer's assistant, the gas balloon was checked at the service station in Simferopol the day before the incident.
