Ukrainians became more optimistic than before the war

Critically important categories of quality of life, even despite the war, have received positive grades.

Almost half of the respondents are satisfied with the quality of social life, about a third - work, legal field and regulation in the state, educational system and experience of life in Ukraine as a whole. A third of people are satisfied with the place of work. In businessmen, this figure is twice as high. Another Gradus Research study also demonstrates that people are convinced that just doing their business well, they help the country in the current situation.

Regarding regional distribution, we see that the highest level of satisfaction in Kiev and the Western region. The highest dissatisfaction with work in the south, east, north. That is, these are the regions that have suffered from the war and feel the most consequences. It is important that the most active proportion of workers remains in Ukraine. And the factors that are positively evaluated are uncritical in migration moods. It is a health care system, country safety and ecology.
