The Estonian authorities urged their citizens to avoid any trip to Russia. This was stated by Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Rinsal, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia reports. He stated that against the background of Russia's war against Ukraine possible provocations against Estonians.
