The army and special services of Russia regularly committed military crimes, and the lack of reaction to it is nothing but complicity, representatives of Ukrainian fighters say.

The lawsuit in this case was filed by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation in May. The meeting in the case was transferred several times until it was in closed mode.
