Monitor Monitor's monitoring Telegram channel was first informed about the possible launch of cruise missiles in the direction of Ukraine. According to the investigators, at 06:59 Kiev time recorded the fighting takeoff of several strategic Tu-95 bombers. At 07:22 Telegram-channel informed about the start of the winged rockets of the class "Air-Earth" X-101 in the direction of Ukraine. "We are getting ready for a rocket stroke. We expect +/- an hour,"- said in a message published at 07:22.

After information about the possible start of the winged missiles appeared, in most regions of Ukraine they declared air alarm. At 08:02 the head of the Vinnytsia Ova Sergey Borzov informed about the start of the winged missiles in the direction of Ukrainian cities. The head of the Odessa Ova Maxim Marchenko informed that on January 25, the Russians are preparing to make a massive shelling of Ukraine using strategic aviation and marine rocket launchers.

Such a warning in his Telegram channel was published by the head of the Kryvyi Rih City Military Administration Alexander Vilkul. According to him, because of the threat of rocket strike in the city, emergency shutdowns of electricity began. Medical institutions and water circulation in systems are transferred to generators. As of 08:15, air alarm was declared in all regions of the country.

DTEK warned that, against the background of possible missile strikes in Ukraine in Kyiv, Kyiv, Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions, emergency shutdowns of light began to operate. "This is a forced preventive step that will avoid significant damage to energy infrastructure if the hostile missiles reach goals. Do not ignore air alarm signals and believe in air defense," DTEK added in its message.

At 08:16 the head of the Nikolaev ova Vitaliy Kim reported that Russian missiles had flew into the airspace of Ukraine. According to him, at least two shells flew in the northwestern direction through the frontline. Simultaneously with Kim, the head of the Kryvyi Rih City Military Administration Alexander Vilkul reported that two winged missiles were moving in the direction of Kryvyi Rih.
