This advice is related to the law adopted in the State Duma, which provides for the creation of a unified register of military accounting, which allows you to send summons in electronic form. In his address, Andriy Kartpolov offered to the military who work abroad, to issue a vacation for a year and to pay off their homeland in the form of army service.

"If he is subject to conscription, then I would recommend him to issue a vacation for a year, to serve in the armed forces, to give the debt to the Motherland. And go back abroad, joyfully work there," - says Andrey Kartapolov. At the same time, citizens who live abroad after receiving the electronic summons will be able to send the necessary documents to the military enlistment office in the same form.
