Another tax may appear in Ukraine: How will the Armed Forces help (video)

The need for a new tax is explained by the fact that Ukraine is now in a state of war, which we need to finance only to us. In Ukraine, a tax may appear, which will be sent for the financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Rostislav Shurma, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office, announced this on the air of the telecommunication. He recalled that the defense of Ukraine is funded by taxpayers. Since the beginning of a full -scale war, the amounts of revenues are about half of the state budget.

"Therefore, we will consider the issue of introducing a certain armed forces tax, we speak, analyze it now. But any payer should understand that every hryvnia he has not paid is the funds that were taken away from our military," Rostislav said Shurma. Vodochvas, back in 2014, a special military fee was introduced in Ukraine - a tax on financing of the Armed Forces ofU of 1. 5% of the salary. This tax is taxed by individuals in the territory of Ukraine.

It is a preferential tax system, within which business was allowed to pay only 2% of income instead of pre -war 5%. The reason: the requirement of international partners, in particular, the IMF. In addition, in the framework of cooperation with the Fund, Ukraine undertook not only to return pre -war taxation, but also to create new benefits or exceptions that would reduce the tax base.

According to the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of the Verkhovna Rada of the Verkhovna Rada, a single single tax in Ukraine can be returned by mid -2023. The abolition of the preferential business system will be gradually, the deputies plan to develop a long transition period to provide the opportunity to prepare for the cancellation of benefits.

We will remind, in early December 2022 it was reported that Ukrainian business at the time of martial law can be exempted from the obligation to employ people with disabilities. As the chairman of the Tax Committee Danilo Getmantsev explained, the state can be responsible for keeping people with disabilities during the war.
