The victims were beaten by sticks in different parts of the body, used electric current, kept in inhumane conditions, without food and water. The head of this prison is charged with trafficking in human beings, participation in a terrorist organization and the unforeseen law and Part 1 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
