NV told whether responsibility for women who would evade registration, including those who are abroad, were responsible. According to lawyer Victor Kiev, Ukrainians do not need to hurry to return home to register. If the conscripted women are abroad, they can be registered with diplomatic institutions of Ukraine.

The People's Deputy and a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Health of the Nation Victor Wagner told this in the column for NV. According to the Armed Forces expert, it needs not only a capable army, but also a large operational reserve. In addition, a lot of work is provided in the rear, not on the front: "After all, for the effectiveness of the front, it is necessary to ensure uninterrupted rear work: from accounting, logistics to nutrition and medical care.
