Kyiv police chief Ivan Vygovsky stated that at the beginning of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the capital's law enforcement officers issued more than 6. 5 thousand units of weapons to protect against the enemy, about a thousand units were returned, and the rest was registered. According to him, in March there was an order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on approval of the order of receipt of weapons, and to all citizens to whom the weapons were issued, reported the need to arrive and receive appropriate certificates.
