The prosecutor's office reported that the accused had pro -Russian views and supported the actions of Russian invaders in Ukraine. She also cooperated with a representative of the Russian Federation, who participated in anti -Ukrainian information actions and was related to the special services of the Russian Federation. "The woman passed information about the location of the Armed Forces, Terroborons, as well as the figures of Ukraine," the prosecutor's office reported.
At the same time, the SBU staff found that in their actions the accused was motivated by the fact that the Russians promised her the post of Minister of Education in their administration. The woman was detained in early July, on charges of treason. Despite the fact that law enforcement officers did not name the suspect, the journalists managed to establish it through the open list of cases of the Solomensk Court of Kyiv. As it turned out, it is about Dushkin Alla Nikolaevna.
Before the beginning of the Russian full -scale invasion, she worked at a private school near Kiev, and before that Dushkin headed a private school in the Pechersk district of Kiev and at that time had the name of the Ratushna. According to journalists, in 2020 Alla Ratushna was in the center of the scandal, when she competed for the position of headmaster with threats, breakage and theft of documents.
According to the information of the organization "Honest", the 46-year-old Dushkin in 2020 ran for the Kyiv City Council from the political party "For the Future", but was not elected. On her Facebook page, a woman speaks about herself about "the head of the Department of Education of the Pechersk District" and is in the women's movement "For the Future". While the investigation is ongoing, Dushkin has been temporarily removed from his duties.
When it became known that Dushkin was suspected of the State Executive Council, her colleagues were shocked by these information. The prosecutor's office also reported that sufficient evidence was gathered against the suspect. A court hearing was appointed, but Dushkin did not appear, as if because of her illness. "A court hearing was appointed - the only thing that was provided - the documents for which it was on the hospital, so the court hearing was postponed," the prosecutor's office reported.
